Phylogenetic of Four Bamboo Genera Based on NdhH Sequences, Chloroplast DNA

چکیده
Bamboos are versatile plants with many usages. Indonesia has a high diversity of species and been using them for long time. As multipurpose plants, they vulnerable to over exploration. Much the bamboo land converted into housing or agricultural land. Development conservation need be balanced, protect genetic diversity, in particular. We studied relationship among four genera that mostly found gene presents chloroplast DNA, ndhH . DNA from twenty-four samples Bambusa, Dendrocalamus, Gigantochloa Schizostachyum were extracted amplified specific primer. Sequencing results analysed BioEdit 7.2 software. Phylogenetic tree was build raxmlGUI 2.0 The result showed generated good sequence quality. It small variation samples. suggested able differentiate some within , however; it not success others.

Dipsacales Phylogeny Based on Chloroplast Dna Sequences
Eight new rbcL DNA sequences and 15 new sequences from the 5' end of the chloroplast ndhF gene were obtained from representative Dipsacales and outgroup taxa. These were analyzed in combination with previously published sequences for both regions. In addition, sequence data from the entire ndhF gene, the trnL-F intergenic spacer region, the trnL intron, the matK region, and the rbcL-atpB intergen...
متن کاملMolecular analysis of Stemona plants in China based on sequences of four chloroplast DNA regions.
Stemona sessilifolia, S. japonica and S. tuberosa are the three original sources of Stemonae Radix specified in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP), and have been traditionally used for antitussive and insecticidal remedy. Significant variations in alkaloids composition and content, as well as different degrees of antitussive activities were found among them. In order to identify the genuine sources...
متن کاملPhylogenetic Resolution in Juglans Based on Complete Chloroplast Genomes and Nuclear DNA Sequences
Walnuts (Juglans of the Juglandaceae) are well-known economically important resource plants for the edible nuts, high-quality wood, and medicinal use, with a distribution from tropical to temperate zones and from Asia to Europe and Americas. There are about 21 species in Juglans. Classification of Juglans at section level is problematic, because the phylogenetic position of Juglans cinerea is d...
متن کاملThe Phylogeny of Calligonum and Pteropyrum (Polygonaceae) Based on Nuclear Ribosomal DNA ITS and Chloroplast trnL-F Sequences
This study represents phylogenetic analyses of two woody polygonaceous genera Calligonum and Pteropyrum using both chloroplast fragment (trnL-F) and the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (nrDNA ITS) sequence data. All inferred phylogenies using parsimony and Bayesian methods showed that Calligonum and Pteropyrum are both monophyletic and closely related taxa. They have no affinity w...
